Harrisburg, Old Main must understand needs

Rising costs in tuition are causing this poor student to sink further into debt. My question is this: What has this university done to curb rising tuition rates and make my education more affordable? As an in-state student, I am paying more for my education than other Big Ten schools. I know I am not the only student on this campus frustrated with increasing expenses. This state and this school are making it increasingly difficult to obtain a higher education. I can only imagine the cost of an education for future generations.

Something must change. Harrisburg and Old Main need to understand that Penn State students want a quality education at an affordable price.
