Shane O'Neill is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and violation of his patrol terms for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.

He was arraigned before District Justice Allen Sinclair and placed in Centre County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Members of the State College Police Department responded to a reported domestic dispute at about 4:30 a.m. yesterday at 128 W. Hamilton Ave., police said. The victim was found to have visible injuries to her neck area, bruises and contusions on her hands and arms, and a significant amount of hair pulled from her head.
