Readers react to story on IFC’s plan to establish ‘rape-free’ zones

Are there areas in State College that are rape-authorized zones? Does this mean anything? Was rape prevalent in fraternities because the members didn't know it was against the law?

Do rape-free zones carry more weight than the fact that rape is illegal and rapists go to jail?

I think that the IFC should make houses nuclear-free zones and commit to having no nuclear weapons in any of the houses.
