In regard to Chad McCutcheon's letter ("Spanier's e-mail policy misleading to students," Jan. 30):

I have e-mailed and received a response from President Graham Spanier. On occasions, I have also received a response from his staff members.

Inquiring to Spanier's office, though less satisfying, is probably more likely to generate an answer than complaining through The Daily Collegian about Spanier's policy on returning e-mail.
