Early yesterday morning, an incident at The Saloon, 101 Hiester St., led to one man biting off a small chunk of another man's ear.

According to a report filed with the State College Police Department, the suspect was being escorted out of The Saloon at about 2 a.m. when he took a bite of the ear.

State College police would not release any other information on the incident, including identities of the men. Police do not know if or when charges will be filed against the suspect.
