In response to Tim Gebhart's letter ("No cancellation notice angers students, others," Jan. 27) that appeared in yesterday's edition of The Daily Collegian:
Grow up! You are no longer in high school, where your mother checks for cancellations and turns off your alarm clock for you. This is college now. We all know how to check the Penn State Web site or the little blue line at the bottom of our television screens to know if classes have been canceled.
It's not Penn State's job to spoon-feed us all the information.
