Mixed precip. early with snow developing late
Today's University Park forecast
Another round of wintry precipitation is expected to reach our region late today. Early, expect a scattered, light mixture of precipitation. However, precipitation will be come heavier, steadier and predominantly snow by the evening hours. Snowfall, heavy at times, will persist overnight and into tomorrow. Total snowfall from this system may exceed 6 inches. Drier weather is expected late tomorrow into Thursday. However, another winter weather maker could affect us by the end of the week.
