The entire Delta Tau Delta fraternity, Tau chapter, would like to thank the State College Alpha Fire Company and the State College Police Department for their efforts early on Wednesday morning.

At about 4 a.m., numerous emergency personnel from both organizations responded to reports of a car fire in the parking lot of 429 E. Hamilton Ave.

We wish to commend these public servants, not only for their prompt response to the emergency and subsequently controlling the blaze, but also for their professional attitude and compassion.
