Bring PSU law school closer to state capitol

The area where Penn State's law school is currently located is, without a doubt, inadequate.

The administration needs to look at worthier avenues other than University Park. I believe that a move closer toward Harrisburg is more profitable to students and potential employers.

The city of Carlisle has burned its bridges with a powerful university -- there is no time to negotiate. Besides, if the city truly valued the law school, it would have helped solve the problem. Instead, Carlisle was a stumbling block. I propose to send the law school to Lower Paxton Township, where there is plenty of space and is five minutes from the seat of state government. Or, a move to the Harrisburg satellite campus would serve just as well.

My questions to the administration are: 1) Is the job market profitable in Centre County, with respect to being a lawyer? 2) Is the administration prepared to handle a drop-off rate of students that cannot commute to University Park?

Essentially, is the administration ready to make Widener University Law School wealthy?
