A 19-year-old man broke his nose after falling from being intoxicated, the State College Police Department said.

The incident occurred about 1:30 Tuesday morning on the 500 block of Locust Lane. The man told a police officer he had been drinking at a fraternity house, police said. Police would not release the name of the fraternity yesterday because formal charges had not yet been filed.
