Police Log

Lost property: A Penn State student reported Friday night the loss of a diamond ring around the vicinity of the 200 block of Highland Avenue, the State College Police Department said. The value of the ring is $450.

Lost property: A woman lost her diamond engagement ring while running to catch a bus Thursday afternoon on the 400 block of Waupelani Drive. The ring was valued at $4,650, the State College Police Department said.

Disorderly conduct: State College Police Department received a report of a naked woman running outside on 12:43 a.m. Sunday. The incident occurred at 411 Waupelani Drive. No one was found upon arrival, police said.

Theft: The State College Police Department is investigating related thefts of gift cards and other merchandise stolen between Nov. 28 and Nov. 30 from J.C. Penney, 2900 E. College Ave. The total value of the stolen merchandise was $1,800, police said.
