Theft: Jessica Cameron, of the 1500 block of North Allen Street, was arraigned yesterday on charges of retail theft and criminal mischief after allegedly stealing five textbooks from the Penn State Bookstore. Employees said they saw Cameron attempt to leave through the west exit of the store with the books in her schoolbag. The value of the textbooks is estimated at $429.40.
