The Penn State Field Hockey team, ranked seventh nationally in the final STX/NFHCA Coaches Poll of the season, saw three of its players named to the 2003 STX/NFHCA All-American Team.

Seniors Heather Conroy (First Team), Timarie Legel (Second Team) and Neilye Stoner (Third Team) each received national honors. Each senior also received First-Team All-Mideast Region selections, as well as senior Annie Zinkavich and junior Amanda Eckert Junior Karin Grap and sophomore Bekah Hostetler were Second-Team All Region choices.
