Lions game with MSU to be televised on ESPN
Sports in brief

ESPN will televise Penn State's Big Ten game at Michigan State on Saturday, November 22 to a national audience.

Kickoff has been set for 12:00 p.m. ET at Spartan Stadium in the season finale for the Nittany Lions.

The telecast is the 11th announced TV appearance of the season for the Nittany Lions. Penn State has appeared on five ABC telecasts (Boston College, Nebraska, Purdue, Iowa and Ohio State), once on ESPN (Minnesota), once on ESPN2 (Northwestern) and three times on ESPN Regional (Temple, Wisconsin and Indiana). The Nittany Lions have appeared on television in 114 of their last 116 games.

Michigan State (7-4, 4-3) leads the series with Penn State, 10-9-1, but the Nittany Lions have won eight of the 10 meetings since starting Big Ten play in 1993. Penn State is 3-2 in East Lansing since '93. The winner claims the Land Grant Trophy.
