By saying "don't walk alone, don't walk through alleys, and lock your door" people are not blaming women. They are giving advice and stating facts about how to prevent your own assault. Feminists are not interested in actually stopping or preventing rape. They are interested in their own political power. Why then did feminists side with Bill Clinton and his sex scandal? Why did feminists side with OJ Simpson and his spousal abuse? They let those anti-women behaviors slide because Clinton is a Democrat and Simpson is black. They need Democrat and black votes to maintain their power. They also need to continue this idea that people blame the victim, and that men are totally at fault. These people aren't blaming you, they are giving you good advice. Take it and stop thinking these people are persecuting you. Lock your doors, don't walk alone, stay in lighted streets. Do your part to keep yourself out of danger. Then you can go educate people how to correct their own behavior. But you have to change your behavior before forcing others to do the same.
