Assault: A male Penn State student was treated for facial injuries Tuesday at Ritenour Building. The injuries resulted from a Saturday night fight in which he was punched and kicked in the face at an unknown fraternity, the State College Police Department said. The incident is under investigation.

Indecent Exposure: A male suspect exited a light-colored minivan and exposed himself to bystanders at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, the State College Police Department said. Police said they stopped the vehicle and were able to identify the man, but charges have yet to be filed.
