The State College Halloween parade will begin tonight at 7 p.m. The parade will form on North Burrowes Road at 6:15 p.m. and will proceed to Memorial Field via College Avenue, South Allen Street and Foster Avenue. Parts of these streets will be closed for about 45 minutes starting at 6:45 p.m. Motorists may experience some traffic delays and detour routes will be in effect. Also, traffic on Beaver Avenue will be periodically interrupted during the parade procession.
