As the Centre County United Way campaign to raise $1.8 million is underway, some members of the Penn State community are designating that their money does not go to the Boy Scouts of America.

There was no snow this time. No snow, no hail and nothing to stop the Penn State women's soccer team from playing West Virginia this season.

Insight into the 2003 Penn State football team is a hot commodity these days.

For the ample reasons the Penn State football team has to forget its trip to Iowa on Saturday, Yaacov Yisrael says he's sure he'll remember the 26-14 loss for a long time.

Though he didn't play until the third quarter and touched the ball only five times, Austin Scott was arguably the most distinct offensive threat for the Penn State football team on Saturday.

If adversity brings out a player's true colors, then consider the No. 1 Penn State ACHA Div. I Icers' goaltending situation a prime example.

Many students assume they need to use a Microsoft Windows-based computer while in campus labs. Machines made by Apple Computer, coupled with a new operating system, however, present an alternative for those looking to try something different.

"Just let him sleep it off."

It can happen when you see someone else doing it. And sometimes, just reading about it is enough to trigger the response. You may be doing it right now. Indeed, yawning is very contagious.

No matter how hard you study to earn good grades, learning disabilities may be in your genes.

Planet 22 has seen different members come and go, only to return again, since the band started playing in 1996, but the four-member core group is still creating its unique tunes and ready for whatever, or whomever, comes to them.

The actual location is a languid, somewhat crammed alcove of Webster's Bookstore Café, 128 S. Allen St., but the worlds explored within are as colorful and expansive as the human imagination.
