Kyle J. Snarski, the Penn State student arrested last February on charges of distribution of child pornography, sexual abuse of children and criminal use of communication facilities, received a continuance yesterday until Nov. 3 at the request of lawyers in the case.

According to police reports, Snarski was caught in a larger child pornography sting operation last year, and is accused of sending and receiving the pornography on his Penn State Internet account.
