Pennsylvania has streamlined the process for obtaining permit approval to make infrastructure improvements in aging communities around the state.

One Penn State student was a part of the most well-known military operation that took place in Iraq.

College students today live in a world where homework assignments often require Internet access, e-mail messages replace phone calls to distant friends and family, and relationships sometimes start -- and even end -- via AOL Instant Messenger.

Thanks to a $1.1 million grant, a legitimate way for students to share files through a peer-to-peer network could soon become reality.

In doing so, they've pulled the plug on possible health risks.

Have a mold problem? It may not be obvious, but almost every apartment or dorm has mold growing.

If you are having trouble getting cell phone reception in this area, you may be overlooking one important step of cell phone use.
