Undergraduate Student Government (USG) Vice President Takkeem Morgan discusses lighting options with State College Police Chief Tom King during their “walk-through” of dark downtown areas. The walk, which took place Sunday night, is part of a major goal of Morgan and USG President Ian Rosenberger to improve lighting in the borough.
