As we go through our years in college, we get older and, of course, much wiser. Even so, healthy eating can be a tough enigma to figure out. Never fear! I've compiled a list of foods that every college student should try to eat more of. Drum roll, please ... And now the top ten healthiest foods:

The Pennsylvania Dance Theater welcomes State College to get "Inside Terrorism" from 6:30 to 9:30 tomorrow night at the Movement Arts Studio, 140 Kelly Alley, for a nine-week workshop dealing with the different aspects and views on terrorism.


The Red Hot Chili Peppers won't be the only reason some Penn State students are pre-gaming tonight thanks to a band, coming to Crowbar, 420 E. College Ave., that some might say has a higher importance.
