Letter to the Editor
Extreme views do not aid democratic process

To all the extreme liberals and conservatives out there who continue to argue endlessly in the Collegian -- stop! Take some advice from another conservative, and just learn to disagree.

Stop trying to blame each other for 9/11. Sept. 11 was the fault of the people who flew those planes into the World Trade Center, Pentagon and Shanksville field.

Stop trying to constantly destroy President Bush. He is our president, at least for now. Get over it. Stop trying to say Democrats are soft on terrorists. They are just looking for another way to solve problems.

Stop acting like Republicans are nothing but rich, gun slinging morons. I am poor, peaceful, smart and (more or less) a Republican. Stop trying to blame each other for all the problems in the world and start to realize the beauty of democracy.

Problems are solved when many different points of view listen to each other and then compromise.

Stop being such children and grow up. You're in college now. Try to act like it.
