Mostly sunny to start, then clouds increasing
Today's University Park forecast
Clouds and precipitation will characterize the weekend. Following the departure of high pressure that has dominated the area this week, a low pressure system will slowly move along the coastline and spread showers over Pennsylvania tomorrow, mostly in the east. Another low pressure system, which is currently causing severe weather in the Great Plain, will enter the region on Sunday with even more precipitation, which may be heavy at times in some areas.
