Assignment Office

The assignment office deals with questions concerning dorm contracts, room and roommate switches, and meal plans. It also considers special housing requests.

Continuing Education Office

The Continuing Education Office offers courses during non-traditional class hours for students having trouble finding a class that works into his or her schedule.

Employment Office

The employment office can answer questions for students regarding jobs which are available to students.

Graduate Admissions Office

This office provides information about how to apply to Penn State's graduate programs. It also offers financial support information for graduates.

Mulitcultural Resource Center

The center offers many multicultural events and programs for students to become involved with, such as the distinguished speaker series, various language clubs and ethnic dance groups.

Office of the Bursar

The bursar can be contacted for questions regarding semester bills. The office also maintains health, medical and psychological records.

Office of Judicial Affairs

The Office of Judicial affairs should
be contacted by students who feel
someone affiliated with the university has infringed upon their personal rights. Violations of university con- duct standards are also reported to the office.

Office of Student Activities

The Office of Student Affairs provides support to more than 500 registered student organizations. Activities staff deliver training sessions each semester, which include guest speakers and discussions on a wide variety of topics.

Office of Student Aid

The Office of Student Aid can be contacted with questions from students regarding ways to get money, financial aid, grants and scholarships to pay for college. The office also provides students with answers to questions regarding work-study programs.

Undergraduate Fellowships Office

The Fellowships office provides
students with information about how to apply for prestigious national scholarships.

Office of the University Registrar

Students can obtain copies of transcripts or proof of enrollment from the Registrar. The Registrar is also responsible for course scheduling and student registration.

Parking Office

The Parking Office handles student car registration, parking permits, and the payment of fines from parking tickets.

University Office of International Programs
