Sun and clouds with a chance of afternoon thunderstorms
Today's University Park forecast
Increasing clouds and afternoon showers/thunderstorms will be the dominant weather features for the remaining of the week. Humid air from the Atlantic and upper-level trough will combine to produce clouds and possibly thunderstorms. These favorable conditions for unstable weather will persist until the next week as high pressure in the Atlantic stays strong and another upper-level through swings by the region towards the weekend. Temperatures will stay below normal.
