Anti-Santorum liberals assume free choice
I want to commend the author of "This Democrat supports senator's family values" (April 25 letter) for defending Sen. Rick Santorum (R-Pa.). It takes courage to stand up to the oppressive, immoral, anti-family, State College environment and their liberal media. The writer said: "People who have sex outside the traditional male-female marriage should be locked up." But is that enough? We must protect our homeland from the epidemic of happy people living according to what they believe. What made them think they have the right to sleep with whom they wish behind closed doors? Most don't even have a proper fear of our vengeful God! Do they think they live in some sort of "free country," with a secular, democratic government guaranteeing free speech and freedom of religion? The traditional family is the only family type allowed to exist, ever. We must stomp out this attack on families by putting homo-Americans, liberals and "freethinkers" where they can't infect our young. These Godless fornicators, liberals and homosexuals threaten to destroy our perfect Christian lifestyle. But there's hope. We must force these heathens to wear badges (a peace symbol, perhaps?) at all times, so we can identify them on sight. Eventually, we'll cleanse them from our perfect society by sending them to camps, where they can concentrate on being good citizens. In a country with only one true religion, one sexuality and one set of morals, it's the only humane thing to do. Robert Egan
