Jun-Woo Lim, 19, of 445 Waupelani Dr., will have a preliminary hearing at 8:30 a.m. today in Centre County Courthouse, Bellefonte. Lim faces charges for prostitution and related offenses, and criminal solicitation.

According to the criminal complaint, Lim offered to pay three university police officers for sex over the Internet on separate occasions. Lim was arrested after meeting an officer at Pattee Library March 21 and giving her money for sexual favors that he believed were going to take place, the complaint said.
