A Bellefonte man was arraigned Tuesday on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors.

According to the criminal complaint, Dannie Lee Packer Jr., 26, engaged in sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16 while being four or more years older.

Packer is being held on $100,000 bail in Centre County prison and will face an 11 a.m. preliminary hearing Wednesday in the Centre County Courthouse, Bellefonte.
