A new 12-screen movie theater on Shiloh Road in College Township will draw moviegoers from the entire State College area, now that the College Township Council has approved the United Entertainment Corporation's (UEC) plans for construction.

As the Penn State women's gymnastics team enters its practice facility, a stocky man sporting a goatee and a shaved head can be found greeting the gymnasts and helping them stretch and crack their backs.

They travel to tournaments along the East Coast all season long. Every practice, they look to perfect their serves and add spunk to their spikes. And less than two weeks ago, they proved themselves in a national collegiate field.
