A Penn State student who was arrested April after a disturbance in Simmons Hall waived his preliminary hearing yesterday in Centre County Courthouse, Bellefonte.

Marc Kerins, 19, is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, institutional vandalism, criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking of disposition, theft by receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct in connection with the incident.
