A Penn State student who allegedly entered an unlocked home and refused to leave waived his preliminary hearing yesterday in Centre County Courthouse, Bellefonte.

Joshua Allen Doyne, 23, faces charges of criminal trespass and public drunkenness for the incident that occurred early Sunday morning.
