Police Log

Criminal mischief: A student reported that someone damaged his vehicle while it was parked in Lot Jordan East, Penn State Police Services said. The incident occurred between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Friday, police said.

Police estimated the damage at $350.

Criminal mischief: A staff member at Nittany Community Center reported an unknown person damaged three lampposts in the Nittany Apartments area sometime over the weekend, Penn State police said. Damage is estimated at $450, police said.

Criminal trespass/criminal mischief: A contractor reported someone entered the construction site area at Eastview Terrace and damaged the windows of a construction vehicle, Penn State police said.

The incident occurred between 4 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. yesterday, police said.

Damage is estimated at $600, police said.

Theft: A student reported the theft of his bicycle from a bike rack located near Sproul Hall, Penn State police said. The incident occurred sometime between 10 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. yesterday, police said.

The estimated value is $650, police said.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
