Alleged thief waives his preliminary hearing

Karl R. Raghina, 19, waived his preliminary hearing yesterday in Centre County Courthouse, Bellefonte.

Raghina, a Penn State student, is charged with criminal attempt of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief for a March 22 incident.
