Four Penn State students faced their preliminary hearings yesterday in Centre County Court, Bellefonte.
Thomas R. Daly, 21, was held for court yesterday on two counts of the manufacture of a controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance along with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. According to the criminal complaint, Daly was growing psilocybin mushrooms and possessed 337.53 grams of marijuana.
Kelsey L. Rice, 21, was bound over for trial on eight counts of delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, four counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal conspiracy. He is not facing charges for the criminal use of a communication facility. According to the criminal complaint, Rice sold various amounts of marijuana to a police informant.
Matthew Rodgers, 23, waived his preliminary hearing yesterday. He is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility. According to the criminal complaint, Rodgers also sold various amounts of marijuana to a police informant.
Anthony J. Del Grippo, 21, also waived his preliminary hearing yesterday. He is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.
