A Penn State student had his preliminary hearing continued until April 23 yesterday in Centre County Courthouse, Bellefonte.

Ardalan Esteghlalian, 22, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
