Tapestry, Penn State's tap company, prepares to hold spring dance showcase

Tapestry, The Penn State Tap Company, will have its spring showcase Saturday.

Tapestry's show, "Operation Sound," will feature a variety of original student choreography as well as two pieces choreographed by Tapestry advisor Sarah Mason.

It will feature dances with a variety of tap styles and music, including songs from the Broadway play 42nd Street, System of a Down and ZZ Top.

Tapestry will perform at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. in room 132/133 White Building.

Tickets are available at the door and are $2 with a student ID, $4 for adults.
