Four Penn State students arraigned on drug charges face a preliminary hearing at 8:30 a.m. today in the Centre County Courthouse, Bellefonte.
Thomas R. Daly Jr., 21, faces two counts of the manufacture of a controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance along with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. According to the criminal complaint, Daly was growing psilocybin mushrooms and possessed 337.53 grams of marijuana.
Kelsey L. Rice, 21, is charged with eight counts of delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, four counts of possession of a controlled substance, four counts of the criminal use of a communication facility and two counts of criminal conspiracy. According to the criminal complaint, Rice sold various amounts of marijuana to a police informant.
Matthew M. Rodgers, 23, faces six counts of delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and three counts of criminal use of a communication facility. Police said in the criminal complaint that Rodgers also sold various amounts of marijuana to a police informant.
Anthony J. Del Grippo, 21, also faces charges for allegedly selling various amounts of marijuana to a police informant. Del Grippo is charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.
