A State College man charged with corruption of minors waived his preliminary hearing yesterday. The hearing was scheduled for today.

Adam Lee Klingler, 18, is charged with engaging in sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl.

According to the criminal complaint, Klingler met the girl, who claimed to be 16 years old, in an Internet chat room, and the two then had consensual sex.
