Today's University Park forecast

April showers will be common across the region during the next week starting later this afternoon. While the temperatures have been in the 70s the last few days, today will be slightly cooler as a slow moving cold front inches closer to the region. Showers and thunderstorms will develop ahead of this front todayand continue through tomorrow. Temperatures will dip below their seasonal averages for the start of the new week. A low pressure system moving out of the Gulf Coast will head toward the region on Monday, bringing more showers to the state.
