Penn State student Michael F. McAnally, 21, of 217 S. Atherton St., waived his preliminary hearing yesterday in Centre County Courthouse, Bellefonte.

McAnally is charged with three counts of burglary, four counts of criminal trespass, three counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, three counts of receiving stolen property, and four counts of criminal mischief.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Friday morning.
