Ian Rosenberger (senior-special education and animal science) and Takkeem Morgan (junior-sociology and African and African American studies) want to bring a fresh face to USG.
Rosenberger is associated with 20 organizations, and has served on the executive board of the Penn State Outing Club.

Morgan is the vice president of Black Caucus, and has been a member since his freshman year.
"We think it is advantageous to us to come from that other direction," Rosenberger said.
The two are concerned about off-campus safety, and they have spoken with Peter Marshall, borough manager, about adding more streetlights and blue emergency lights off campus.

The team also wants to extend the hours of the Paterno reading room in Pattee Library. "We know that students start studying late in the evening," Morgan said.
They plan to offset costs by using work-study students as monitors. They also want to help University Health Services (UHS) reinstate excuse forms.
The candidates also want to post SRTE scores online so students can make more informed choices about courses.
They talked to Rodney Erickson, university executive vice president and provost, about the feasibility of the plan. He agreed to connect them with the necessary people.
