A Boalsburg man faces a preliminary hearing today on multiple criminal charges stemming from incidents that allegedly occurred between January 1999 and July 2002.
Todd Steck, 39, is charged with the sexual abuse of children, endangering the welfare of children, nine counts of corruption of minors, unlawful contact or communication with a minor, two counts of selling or furnishing liquor to minors, permitting an unauthorized person to drive, five counts of possession of a small amount of marijuana, and five counts of distribution of marijuana. The charges involve five juvenile victims ranging from 13 to 15 years old.
According to the criminal complaint, Steck posed three of the female victims for sexually revealing photographs and supplied them with marijuana and alcohol.
Steck is free on $40,000 unsecured bail.
