Police Log

Burglary: A Penn State staff member reported Sunday someone shattered an exterior door window between Saturday evening and Sunday morning on the east side of the Business Administration Building to gain access to the building, Penn State Police Services said. Further investigation revealed three laptop computers were removed from Room 8, police said. The estimated value of the loss and damage is $6,200, police said.

Theft: A guitar was reported stolen between 6 p.m. Friday and 6:46 p.m. Sunday from the third floor studio of Engineering Unit A, police said. The estimated value of the guitar is $900, police said.

Theft: A Royce Union mountain bike was reported stolen sometime over the weekend from the front porch of a North Barnard Street residence, the State College Police said. The value of the loss is unknown, police said.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.

University police are located in the Eisenhower Parking Garage on campus.
