The State College Police Department is searching for David L. Etchison, a 14-year-old runaway who has been missing since he left his home March 19. Etchison is white, 5-feet-8-inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing an orange jacket, jeans and sneakers.
