Frustrated fans now have what they asked for. Penn State men's basketball coach Jerry Dunn has resigned.

The Penn State women's tennis team is on a roll. Winning their last six matches in a row, the Nittany Lions have improved their record to 6-5 overall, passing the .500 mark for the first time this season.

With its third-place finish at the Big Ten Championships there are heightened expectations for the Penn State wrestling team as it travels to St. Louis for the NCAA Championships.

It's hardly been the rude awakening everyone typically associates with youth.

The indoor season came to a close on a high note for the Penn State men's indoor track and field team.

The only Penn State qualifier at the NCAA Indoor Championships, junior Chavous Nichols, didn't disappoint. He finished ninth with a mark of 52-7 1/2. First place went to University of Southern California's Alan Simms.

Penn State is hoping for a repeat of its last tournament performance where the No. 40 Nittany Lions came away with the tournament victory.
