Lost property: A student reported he lost his cellular phone somewhere between Deike Building and Rec Hall Friday, Penn State Police Services said.
The value of the item is $300, police said.
Theft: A student reported that his bicycle was stolen from a bike rack near Health and Human Development East Building Friday afternoon, police said.
The estimated value is $430, police said.
