Partly sunny
Today's University Park forecast

After staying under the freezing level for more than a week, temperatures will finally rise above the freezing level in the next couple days. Today a weak low pressure system passes through this region and gives some snow. After the cold front of this low system moves off, an arctic air mass that dominated this region for more than a week will retreat northward, bringing warmer air into this region. Another low pressure system is expected to enter Pennsylvania towards the weekend.
