Men don't have choice in abortion decision

For every advocate for a woman's right to choose, there is someone who has never considered the demographic in this country that has been without reproductive rights for the past 30 years. Since Roe v. Wade, men have had absolutely no legally protected voice in determining the direction of their lives, as well as those of their unborn children. Women, on the other hand, have enjoyed complete reproductive control over their male counterparts (otherwise known as "oppressors" to some). If a woman so chooses, she can force a significant financial burden upon an unwilling father. Conversely, she can also choose to deny a willing father the joy of knowing and raising his own child.

However, many pro-choice advocates choose to ignore this obvious flaw in the current system. It is almost as if their argument is more about giving women the right to control the lives of men. Perhaps this is the real choice that feminists so vehemently defend. Any argument that praises the justice of giving half of the population absolute reproductive control over the other half is a misguided and hypocritical one.
