Joseph Guazdauskas, 21, of Scranton, faces a preliminary hearing today on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment and stalking. The charges stem from an alleged incident that occurred at a Beaver Avenue apartment on Sept. 1. According to the criminal complaint, the defendant threatened to kill his roommate with a kitchen knife.
